COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES

Step 1: Lodge your complaint using any of these channels: Submit a form on our website by using the general enquiries form or through our social media handles i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram; or by calling us on +233 20 175 3172 or on 004915213565000. You can also visit our main office to lodge your complaint.

Step 2: If after 20 working days of lodging a complaint and you are still not satisfied with our services, lodge a complaint to:

  • Call our hotline on 004915213565000

Step 3: If after 20 working days of lodging your complaint to the CEO and it’s not resolved, you can take legal action. Do not forget to collect your unique registration number after lodging your complaint.
